Tae Shao Fu Jitsu

As is stated in Shadow© Members, this is a Martial Art created by Me, Justin Brown, and Rodger Dodger. Also, this Martial Art is the basis to the learning in Shadow©. However, Tae Shao Fu Jitsu is somewhat too advanced for the beginners in the Tenth through Eight Apprentice, so therefore, those members are taught the basic kicking and punching of any Martial Art (The first six on the Fighting page). Nevertheless, once you are an active part of Tae Shao Fu Jitsu, you will learn attacks, abilities, and moves that will progress you towards the coveted Shadow©. As you learn more moves and techniques, you will move through the belts much faster, since you will be able to physically show the Masters of Shadow© your abilities.

I'm sure that you are wondering what exactly is taught in Tae Shao Fu Jitsu, well, it is sort of complicated. For starters, and by that I mean beginners, you will learn basic kicking and punching. Then, by the time you are a bluebelt, you will be introduced to more advanced kicking and punching techniques. When you reach the level of either Junior BlackBelt or BlackBelt, (based on whether or not you take the alternate route) you will establish a foundation of psychology and philosophy, by learning the who, what, when, where, why, and how of fighting. After completing those courses, there is a test in which, upon completion, you will receive an automatic 10-belt or higher upgrade (depending on score on test).

After your test on fighting, you will start learning the Tae (Tae Kwon Do) part of Tae Shao Fu Jitsu, which consists of kicking and punching only; in this unit you will learn extensively about Tae Kwon Do, what each segment of the word means, and who the Grandmasters are. Henceforth, the Shao (Shaolin) comes into play, this unit is about as long as the Tae unit, and will coincide with most of your training. In the Shao unit you will learn much about the control of a hit, and the power of a punch (actuated at the Shadow© level). Then, the Fu (Kung Fu) shows up, this unit is a little bit shorter than the others, as we do not know much of this topic, even at the high level at which we exist and compete. Finally comes Jitsu (Ju Jitsu), this is an incredibly short unit, because frankly, we do not know anything about this Martial Art, other than it is one of the Arts studied extensively by Bruce Lee, and his constituents.
Also, I (Justin Brown) have recently been studying Bruce Lee's own Martial Art that he created, Jeet Kune Do. After much deliberation and thought I am happy to inform you, the student, that Shadow© will be adding JKD to its arsenal of techniques, most of which will be taught to the Dragon and Ninja Belts, since JKD consists of three very powerful strikes.
*For more information on Jeet Kune Do, refer to the Jeet Kune Do Page of the Shadow© website.

We, the Shadow© Masters, have recently discovered that many potential members have been assuaged by our lack of detail as to what goes on behind the scenes, and why there are so few members. There are, as the cliche goes, good answers to all those questions. Our lack of detail has come from the fact that of the three Shadow© Masters, only one has the time and know-how to construct/input information on Shadow© into this site. As for why there are so few members, that is because many people are skeptical as to the authenticity or of the caliber of training received from Shadow© and it's respective members.
We assure any who are reading this, that Shadow© does have authentic credibility; if you go to the Shadow© members page, and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see a heading labeled "Colleagues & Informants". The people listed under this heading are the true belt that are listed for their name. For example, Grandmaster Eugene Marquart is truly a Grandmaster with the rank of 7th degree blackbelt. This blackbelt is officially recognized by the Country/government of South Korea, and by the IBBF (International Black Belt Federation).
The belts of the people under the heading "Colleagues & Informants" have no corrolation to the belts listed on the Belts page of this website. The belts on this website are greatly expanded in order to illustrate to members their progression through their training of Shadow©, Tae Shao Fu Jitsu, and all constituents thereof. Shadow© can in no way certify it's members to their respective belts, atleast not yet, we are working on becoming a nationally recognized Martial Art, but in order to do so, we need more members.
I, Justin Brown, do hope that the above paragraphs have answered any questions you may have had, if not, please email me at anachronistsuicide@yahoo.com.

We the masters and creators of Shadow© hope that this page has assisted you in your endeavorly search for the ideal power over physical strength. While we do admit that we do not have the power that some of the Shao Lin, and Tibetan Monks possess, we do maintain the power to atleast teach the aforementioned Martial Arts. Nevertheless, if at some point during your training, you feel that we are blaspheming you in anyway, feel free to leave. The entire Shadow© club is completely free, and there are no entrance or monthly fees. You may come and go as you like, but keep in mind that if you leave, and come back, you will no longer withhold the seniority you once had.
